I am native to Kansas City, Missouri and currently reside in Lee's Summit. I am an extrovert that loves people and  believes experiencing daily joy, fun & laughter is a requirement of enjoying life to it's fullest. I’m married, and a mom of 4 small children. Aside from being a homemaker since 2010, I am an entrepreneur. Prior to Bungee Up and still today, I have built a small business teaching skincare and cosmetic classes. I have 2 degrees: Business Administration - Office Management,  and Mass Communications - Public Relations.

I wish I could say I am a life long fitness enthusiast, however I have always struggled with consistency until now. After seeing a viral bungee fitness video in early 2017 I was intrigued by the niche. At that time, bungee fitness was not in the Kansas City metro area, and there was only one studio offering it in the entire country. A little over two years and two pregnancies later, I suffered a compound of emotional challenges, including postpartum depression.

During this season of life, my goal was to get out of the house, get active and more social, and as a busy momtrepreneur, I needed to accomplish this with an all-in-one option! In looking for activities to help improve my health challenges and social life, I saw my social media memories and had an aha moment that led to a desire to teach a bungee fitness class. Although 2-3 years had passed, the bungee fitness rave hadn't found itself in the Kansas City Metro area yet. I took a leap of faith and earned my certification in the middle of the 2020 pandemic; and was sure others would want to get hooked and harness their fitness with me so, I decided to launch Bungee Up for my new B.F.F.'s -aka- Bungee Fit Friends!
